- If there are other items in the same order, the mattress and other items will be shipped separately.
- When the Mattress and Base arrive at the hub in the region of your delivery address, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule the delivery date. The delivery agent will call you on the scheduled delivery day to provide you with an approximate time window.
- Our delivery agent will hand-deliver your Mattress and Base in the room of your choice and will ensure they are placed exactly where you want them.
- If your delivery address is outside China (Including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand, please contact our Customer Service to obtain a shipping quote.
